Shipping policy

DELIVERY

All non-printed products are dispatched at 8am (UK time) Monday to Saturday.  Anything ordered after 8am (UK time) will be despatched on the next working day or Saturday.

Our standard UK service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, and we also offer an express option  of Royal Mail Tracked 24.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked which is typically delivered in 3-5 working days, however this can be affected by the customs and handling processes in your local country.

Printed goods are made on demand and are shipped within 3 working days via a 48 hour tracked courier service.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

AUTHORISING ORDERS

When you place an order on our website please make sure that your billing address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your billing address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you.
